Aux Features Newswire

Sad news today from the Pacific Coast Highway, where Bob Clark—director of the beloved holiday classic A Christmas Story, Turk 182, Rhinestone, and the creator/producer of the Porky's films (which were based on Clark's high school experiences)—was killed early this morning by a drunk, unlicensed driver. His 22-year-old son Ariel was also pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, Hector Velazquez-Nava, 24, will be charged with driving under the influence and gross vehicular manslaughter.
