After loitering about television networks the last couple years, including two brushes with Joss Whedon and his Fox curse via Firefly and Dollhouse and a small guest role on V, Alan Tudyk is getting back to the big screen with a secret role in the secret plot of the next not-so-secretly inane Transformers movie. (Insider sources say the plot will involve big robots clanking metal, a car or two, Zords, and some T&A.) Tudyk joins the recently added Patrick Dempsey—who will play Megan Fox’s McBoss—as well as the previously announced John Malkovich and Frances McDormand, and all the other people due to collect some paychecks.
