In his first TV appearance since his MSNBC debacle, Alec Baldwin will guest star in a forthcoming episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. No word yet what role he'll be playing, whether his character is a suspect, or how special the victim will be. But Baldwin's no stranger to crime, having played a police captain in The Departed and a crimefighter in The Shadow, and witnessed Julianne Moore's Boston accent on 30 Rock.
We also don't yet know which headlines the plot will be ripped from. We do know that the episode will be the first one directed by SVU star Mariska Hargitay, and that Ice-T will glower at Baldwin at least once.
