Tour De Pharmacy (HBO, Saturday, 10 p.m.): Following their absurdist, tennis-centric 30 For 30 spoof 7 Days In Hell, Andy Samberg, Murray Miller, and Jake Szymanski dip into the made-up sports history once more to tell the tale of a Tour De France in which every competitor is suspected of doping. Though, when a cyclist looks like John Cena (or is at least played by John Cena), “suspicion” is pretty much the same thing as substantiation. Alex McLevy thinks Tour De Pharmacy is good enough for a summertime lark—and unlike the performance-enhancing drugs in the system of a cheating athlete, it doesn’t overstay its welcome. An animated adaptation of the video-game franchise that pits members of the vampire-hunting Belmont family against the biggest blood-sucker of them all—Dracula—this Castlevania is produced by Power/Rangers’ Adi Shankar and written by Transmetropolitan author Warren Ellis.
