Ever the consummate showman, Girls Gone Wild auteur Joe Francis has taken time out from forcing himself on underage girls to announce his plans for a GGW-themed restaurant featuring topless waitresses, beginning with two diners opening in Cabo San Lucas and Cancun by the end of 2007. Francis—who has been repeatedly accused of rape, child pornography, drug trafficking, and racketeering—says, "You'll be comfortable going in there, but you're gonna get a Girls Gone Wild experience."
