Grammy Awards 2024: Here’s a look at this year’s red carpet arrivals

This year’s Grammy Awards has the potential to be history-making in a few different ways—most notably depending on if Taylor Swift or SZA wins the coveted Album Of The Year prize (if Swift does it, she’ll have won that prize more than anyone ever, if SZA wins it she’ll be the first Black woman to do so in 25 year). But before the good awards can be handed out—the Grammys has given out the vast majority of trophies before the actual ceremony starts for the last couple of years—all of the famous people have to march down the red carpet and show off their finery for us normals.
The attendees at the Grammys red carpet this year include Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, Dua Lipa, Victoria Monét, Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo, Doja Cat, and Boygenius, and you can see them (and more!) in the following slideshow.

Miley looks like the small-town hairdresser who knows that Sandra is thinking of leaving Ted because she knows that Ted’s sleeping with Jessica, because Cathy – you know, Cathy, from the bakery, not Kathy from the pharmacy – said that she saw Ted talking to Jessica at the Bar and they were both laughing and Cathy had her new highlights done and you don’t get new highlights unless you’ve got a man to impress and that was the night Sandra had her book club and I mean come on but I suppose you can’t really blame Ted because if you talked to Sandra for more than five minutes oh my god and if you knew her in high school you’d know she’s really let herself go and Ted does deserve better but he shouldn’t cheat on his wife, even if she is the most boring person in the world I mean he’s gonna lose the house in the divorce and that’s not gonna be good for their Tyler – you know he’s got learning difficulties, because Kayleigh keeps coming home from from school and says he never shuts up in class and I heard from Luanne that Sandra’s been taking him to a psychiatrist in the city because Luanne was in the city to get her BMW fixed, which I don’t know how she can afford, not on her husband’s salary, he can’t be making that much at the hardware store and oh my god, some people. You know. That. Dresse as Anck Su Namun.
Sandra has her appointment to see her psychiatrist in the city as well when their Tyler goes to see his. Good for her because she’s plotting to leave Ted’s cheating ass and get a place in the city with her kids. Jessica’s a good time girl Ted thinks that he’s going to fall into clover if Sandra leaves him but what he doesn’t know is that Jessica’s not in for a long time just a good time and she has zero interest in letting him lay up in her house where he will be expecting to get meals cooked and Jessica to pick up his dirty socks she’s a side girlfriend not a wife she’s picking absolutely nothing up for that man. Cathy needs to mind her own business the man she’s interested in is a whole crook and she’s better off working on herself like Sandra before she ends up broke and on the news. Sandra is just waiting to see if she gets that apartment in the neighborhood where there’s that good magnet school for her kids there will be better resources to help them and there’s a park close by where she can walk and lose the weight for her. She’s already going to drop 175 pounds when those divorce papers get filed. You didn’t hear this from me but it’s not only the BMW Luanne’s getting fixed at that shop. She and the woman that runs the shop are very close friends.
