As previously reported, Arcade Fire will cap off its banner year by releasing a deluxe edition of the Grammy-winning third album The Suburbs, complete with a DVD of the Spike Jonze-directed Scenes From the Suburbs as well as two unreleased tracks. Thanks to Listen Before You Buy (who pulled them from BBC DJ Zane Lowe's radio show) you can hear the new "Speaking In Tongues”—which, in keeping with its title’s nod to Talking Heads, features longtime fan and collaborator David Byrne—and the slower, more contemplative "Culture War" below. The Suburbs deluxe edition debuts June 27.
