We knew Disney had consumed Hulu in the black hole of Mickey’s gaping, insatiable maw, guiding us all one step closer to the “bundle” mentality of streaming that will soon make it all feel like cable all over again. Today, the company announced how much its particular bundle—Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+—will cost.

The Verge reports that, per the company’s third-quarter earnings call on Tuesday, the bundle will run for $12.99, which makes it both comparable to other streamers like Netflix and shockingly reasonable considering how much content spans the three services.

On the call, CEO Bob Iger called it “the most important product the company has launched in my tenure.” As we’ve previously reported, the streamer will be home to original series like The Falcon And Winter Soldier, WandaVision, and The Mandalorian, and the only place to stream Disney tentpoles like Avengers: Endgame and landmark series like The Simpsons. Per Deadline, it will hit the market with 300 film titles and 7,500 episodes of Disney TV series. Deadline continues, “Eight of the films will be from the Star Wars franchise, 18 will be Pixar, 70 will be from Disney Animation and four will be Marvel. In the first year of operation, he added, the number of film titles will rise to 400, with eight more Marvel titles coming aboard.”

“The positive response to our direct-to-consumer strategy has been gratifying, and the integration of the businesses we acquired from 21st Century Fox only increases our confidence in our ability to leverage decades of iconic storytelling and the powerful creative engines across the entire company to deliver an extraordinary value proposition to consumers,” Iger said in a press release and, yeah, our vision began blurring halfway through that, too.

Anyways, the bundle will be available with the launch of Disney+ on November 12. As we previously reported, you can also subscribe to Disney+ on its own for $6.99 per month.

Your move, WarnerMedia.

Any clue if Disney+ will had ads like hulu?

  • chancellorpuddinghead-av says:

That’s pretty darn close to what I’m already paying just for Hulu sans commercials.  I don’t care much for ESPN, tho.  I always wanted to watch Punky Brewster after football, but my uncle always made me watch ESPN.  Tried to tell me it stood for Every Sunday Punky News.  They didn’t even have Brandon.

  • rmul93-av says:

As with Disney+, this was way less than I thought it would be.Say what you want about Disney but they’re smart not getting greedy with this since they already have all of the money. Play the long game.I will definitely be getting this. Mainly since I wanted ad-free Hulu for a while now and this is a dollar more.

  • g22-av says:

If they’re going to “open the vaults” and now that they own Lucasfilm… wouldn’t it be great if they could release the original versions of the original trilogy?

  • Nitelight62-av says:

If this is Disney and ESPN added to my current Hulu subscription for a buck that would be both crazy and terrific.

  • realgenericposter-av says:

Will this ESPN + include all ESPN content, or just some subset?  As I understand it now, ESPN + is a supplement to regular ESPN, not a replacement for it.

    • xxxberracudaxxx-av says:

Yeah, this.  It’s gonna be the deciding factor for me

    • elforman-av says:

I read elsewhere that no, this will not include any ESPN product beyond what’s currently available on ESPN+, so no Sports Center, etc.

    • pukeellington-av says:

Yeah will there be live games?

      • firedragon400-av says:

It does have MLB & NHL games (assuming the MLB ones are the same as the mothership, no idea about NHL), but no NBA or Monday Night Football. It’s mostly soccer, rugby, tennis, college football, and college basketball.

        • drew-foreman-av says:

frequent exclusive live fight events as well (UFC, PFL, Boxing)

        • cocainelasers-av says:

          This might be worth it to me if I can actually watch NHL games. I’ve missed hockey. ;_;

        • kjcj6458-av says:

It does give you access to a bunch of articles behind their paywall on their websites as well too. Even without ESPN+, Hulu and Disney+ together is well worth 12.99 a month. ESPN+ is just gravy on top

      • drew-foreman-av says:

ESPN+ has live games and fights like exclusive UFC events, but not anything that is being shown on ESPN or ESPN2

    • disqusdrew-av says:

Standard ESPN content is included in some Hulu packages I believe so I suppose it depends on what version of Hulu they are using as part of this package.

      • realgenericposter-av says:

I think that’s only with “cable replacement Hulu,” which is $40/month or something.  So I don’t think that’s the package you’re getting with this.

        • disqusdrew-av says:

That would be my hunch but I couldn’t find any concrete details on what type of Hulu is included in the package. Reading it back, I should have been more specific. I meant that ESPN+ doesn’t have regular ESPN content (ESPN, ESPN2, etc). If that stuff is in the package, it will be on the Hulu side of it and that depends on what version of Hulu is included in this package. If anyone is interested in this package, that’s where they need to do their investigative homework (see what’s included in the Hulu side). My guess its probably just a bare bones version of Hulu (non-ESPN and other live TV options). If somehow it does include it, then this package is the greatest TV streaming deal we’ve seen to date

          • realgenericposter-av says:

I think it’s gotta just be bare-bones Hulu w/ads at that price.  But even then, it’s a pretty good deal.

  • mahaloth-av says:

Will Hulu in this package have ads?

  • captain-splendid-av says:

Still no dates for non-US rollout…

  • sonicoooahh-av says:

So, my $5.99 for Hulu with ads plus the $6.99 for Disney+, I’d get ESPN for a penny? Not a bad deal and I could probably find twelve cents worth of ESPN to watch in a year. Don’t they carry the Spelling Bee? Some figure skating might get watched. My concern, because the NBC package isn’t going to be available at the start of next season is whether Hulu is still going to have most of the NBC shows. Of course, I could watch them on the NBC site or more likely their Roku app, but I’ve really liked having them alongside the ABC and Fox shows. Also, while it doesn’t apply to me personally, not every member of my family keeps up with what shows are available on which app.

    • soveryboreddd-av says:

As a fan of skating ESPN rarely has it if at all. The NBC Sports channels have most of it. I wish it was as popular as it was after the Tonya Harding Scandal. It was on all the time. CBS even got rid of football to show more of it.

    • firedragon400-av says:

ESPN+, not ESPN. ESPN+ is what ESPN3/WatchESPN got rebranded into.

      • jvbftw-av says:

so basically its not going to show the college football games I want?Guess I’m stuck with cable.

    • realgenericposter-av says:

Hulu is losing the NBC content?  I didn’t realize that.

      • shandrakor-av says:

Hulu was co-founded by ABC, NBC and FOX. ABC was owned by Disney, which bought FOX, and NBCUniversal didn’t feel like being a minority partner in the platform, so they sold their remaining third to Disney for a cartoonish amount of money, and will be debuting their own platform sometime next year.

      • sonicoooahh-av says:

For some reason, probably financial, The Blacklist got dropped from Hulu a couple of seasons ago, so to watch, you’ve had to go through the NBC app. All told, it wasn’t too bad. Seems like there are usually more commercials per break, but the biggest “problem” is that because it’s on a different site, when there’s a new episode, it’s not in the queue on one of my usual sites.Somebody said, I’m thinking it was in a comment to one of the previous posts, the NBCUniversal site/app may be ad-supported and free. That would really be a selling point because there is a limit to how many streaming services I will buy and because all of the content seems to be headed to individual channels, I’m pretty sure that once I’ve not subscribed to a network, it’ll be like their shows no longer exist because they won’t be an option for me.

    • thatguy0verthere-av says:

why would you want Hulu with ads?

    • craycraysupercomputer-av says:

I find Curling oddly fascinating, so if ESPN+ has that it’ll be worth the penny for me.

  • mjk333-av says:

But is there a bundle WITHOUT ESPN for the more traditional of geeks and nerds?

  • 555-2323-av says:

So.. 12.99? I could actually swing that and not have to justify it by spending hours every day making sure I Watch Things. ESPN doesn’t matter a bit to me, but I don’t have Hulu now and there’s stuff I want to see there that I haven’t. Add to that some Marvel stuff – and frankly if the new content isn’t good, I’m fine with just watching the MCU movies over and over. Because I am Marvel’s perfect demographic I guess. And Pixar?  yes, they make some good movies, I like to watch them too….!

    • pukeellington-av says:

Also an assload of Star Wars content

    • kjcj6458-av says:

I have routinely watched Hulu far more than I have netflix recently. Its a way better service with a lot more range of shows and still decent movie offerings

  • scottlanway-av says:

$13 a month for an assload of soccer on ESPN+ and new Marvel stuff? I think I’m down for that.

  • pippin321-av says:

My question is whether they are doing away with the Hulu/Spotify bundle. Because I don’t need sportsballs, though I recognize that some people might be attracted to this bundle for that.

  • argiebargie-av says:

With this combo, Disney is clearly targeting that coveted Bro-Millennial-Tween demographic.

    • cmpickard-av says:

You realize “Millennials” are in their mid-30s now right? So, tweens through their parents sounds like a good demographic to market to.

  • breakingglass27-av says:

“And, yeah, our vision began blurring halfway through that, too.”How did you KNOW though

  • kirkspockmccoy-av says:

Seeing as how I have no interest in 99% of it, it matters not to me. And if they actually do show something that I want to see, I’ll just pirate it for free. And I don’t care about the poor actors and actresses who are being deprived of a paycheck and I care even less about those of you who think I’m a bad person. Go tell Bob Iger (or whatever the fuck his name is) to take a pay cut. See what that gets you.

    • jimbob38-av says:

Are you sure that BadJanet isn’t more your type?

    • andrewfrommars-av says:

    • yummsh-av says:

Settle down, rebel yell. We can barely hear you over the rumble of your motorcycle.

    • misstwosense-av says:

It’s not just the actors and actresses, you fucking twat. It’s the writers who actually come up with the shit you like, and the union members making the damn thing (lights, cameras, costumes, make up), and the schlub baking the damn muffins that the staff is eating every day on set- that person is probably only making minimum wage. So fuck you if you think it doesn’t still matter. It’s 2019 and you’re an adult. Act like one. Stop stealing shit, and stop being a piece of one.

And if you don’t care what people think, why make a super defensive post about it in the first place, numb-nuts? Just live your pathetic little life that you clearly know is immoral.

      • mcmf-av says:

        Oh, fuuuuuuuuu – auuuuuuuuhhh – Q!

      • electricsheep198-av says:

I don’t think the union members get royalties.  They probably got a wage.

        • schaughnwulph-av says:

Not really the point, though. Lost money is lost money, and the bigger the problem gets, sooner or later everyone involved in future productions are affected. Maybe not directly, but it will hurt them.

      • kirkspockmccoy-av says:

Just one little question. Actually, a multitude of questions all around the same topic.  How is what I do any different than the millions of people who sign up for these services during the ‘free-trial-week’ offer, binge watch the shit out of whatever they’re interested in, and then cancel before the bill becomes due? Is one better than the other? Is one any more moral than the other? Is one stealing and the other one not? Do you honestly think there are more pirates out there than those who order/cancel? If I were to order/cancel, would that make it OK? Do you come down on the order/cancelers like you do me? Are you and order/canceler yourself?

        • schaughnwulph-av says:

But that does not affect the studios who made the content. CBS and other content providers still pay the studios for that content. It’s the providers who are taking that risk.

        • themrmxyzptlk-av says:

Uhh the difference here my guy is that they aren’t boasting about being a fucking twat waffle like you are. If you don’t want to support the industry that keeps giving you content you enjoy that’s fine. Just don’t surprised when people call you out on it.

          • kirkspockmccoy-av says:

I guess sometimes you just go a little nutso over stupid stuff. Too think that there are people out there (and YES, there are people out there) who are going to pay money to watch The Simpsons just blows my mind. The show’s only been on for like the last 30-some years! Ever hear of a VCR? Or a DVD Recorder? Or a DVR? Ever think (at some point over the last 30-some years) that I love this show so much I think I might want to build a collection of them? That just blew my mind and I had to vent.

          • themrmxyzptlk-av says:

Um what? It surprises you to that they are people willing to pay money for content they enjoy? If you want to steal fine go ahead nothing we can do about that in the comments section, but don’t brag about it and then chalk it up to “venting” because other people rightfully call you out on it.And the fact that you mentioned DVR is just absolutely hilarious. The majority of people who are willing to pay for a streaming service aren’t going to pay for cable as well so not exactly sure why you would even mention that.

        • electricsheep198-av says:

There’s actually a huge difference? Are you serious? They know they are giving you that offer and they are willing to make that trade off because they know some people will do it. They’ve done the analysis and figured out that it’s still worth it to them. That’s like saying what’s the difference between taking advantage of the BOGO meal offer at Olive Garden and doing a dine and dash. Just because a company is willing to offer you a deal doesn’t mean it’s a free for all or that you can take stuff that wasn’t specifically offered.

          • kirkspockmccoy-av says:

Yea. You keep believing that. You’re comparing apples to oranges. A more apt comparison is someone walking into Olive Garden and saying “I don’t want the meal that I have to pay for here but I do want the free meal I can take home.” Do you know how many posts I’ve gotten from people who say they like Discovery (and other programs) but will never pay for them? They just wait until the free weeks come along, sign up, binge watch and then cancel. I’m not saying either one of them is right. But the two of them are exactly the same whether you want to acknowledge it or not.

          • electricsheep198-av says:

I will keep believing it because it’s true. lol If they lost money on cancelers they would stop offering the free trial. And that’s not an apt comparison because that’s not an offer that exists at Olive Garden. Olive Garden will not just give you a free meal without your purchasing the associated paid meal no matter how much you ask. The point, as I said, is that a company offering you one thing for free doesn’t mean that you can have everything for free without going through the procedures established by the company, and I think you understand this (because it’s extremely simple and how could one not?) and you are just being obstinate out of nothing but sheer cussedness.I can’t say I know exactly how many posts you’ve gotten from people who say that they like Discovery (and other programs) but will never pay for them, but I do know that such people exist, as does Discovery and as do the many cable and streaming providers. This is why they offer the free trial. People do the free trial because they don’t want to pay, and they either get hooked and decide to pay, or they forget to cancel and end up paying anyway. Some people do remember to cancel, but clearly not enough for providers to stop offering this service and the providers still make money. Please be assured that if the providers stop making money with free trials, they will stop offering free trials. So no, stealing from a company is not “exactly the same” as taking something that they are offering you.

          • kirkspockmccoy-av says:

Life, as they often say, is not fair. Many people in this world (most especially the right-wingers) will tell you that as long as you work hard and apply yourself and remain clean and loyal that you will succeed. And I say that’s a bunch of bullshit. There’s a whole bunch of shit in this life that you have no control over. And all it takes is for one of them to rear their ugly heads just once and they can fuck your life over good forever.I’m not defending what I’m doing and I’m not saying it’s right. I’m also not ashamed of it and I intend to keep on doing it. And if life doesn’t like it, well, too fuckin’ bad. And if you and the rest of the posters on here don’t like it, try walkin’ a mile in my shoes. And if that doesn’t work, then fuck you too.

          • electricsheep198-av says:

I don’t disagree with your first paragraph. I don’t see its relevance to this conversation, however.Same for second.“I’m not defending what I’m doing and I’m not saying it’s right.”Good.
“try walkin’ a mile in my shoes”No, because you do criminal things and walking in your shoes could land me in jail or with hefty fines.

          • whateverfuckr-av says:

            i fuckin hate you

          • kirkspockmccoy-av says:

Let’s see what would happen if these services changed their offer to “You sign up and we charge you now for the first 3 weeks and then we give you a free week at the end”. That would be like your Olive Garden analogy. And nobody who wasn’t already inclined to sign up would do so.

          • electricsheep198-av says:

People wouldn’t do it, which is why that’s not the offer. It wouldn’t make them any money. Your way of just straight stealing without going through the trial process also does not make them any money.

        • dmophatty-av says:

Your integrity is worth less than $12. You can be bought for less than $12. I have no doubt in my mind that if you saw $12 in your mom’s purse, you’d steal it… You’re pathetic.

          • kirkspockmccoy-av says:

Well, if you have so much extra cash in your wallet, how about sending some of it my way? I live at the corner of Eat Shit Ave. and Go Fuck Yourself Blvd.

          • dmophatty-av says:

Really clever retort… your mom that you probably take $12 from all the time (because, again, you have no integrity) must be so proud of you.

      • kirkspockmccoy-av says:

Did you know that CBS All Access counts all of the order/cancelers as current subscribers even though they never made dime one off of any of them? But it sure makes the books look good when they talk about number of subscribers, doesn’t it?

        • greenjayo-av says:

And do you know what it means when the books look good? Investors and ad buyers and other sources of rvenue want to give more, which leads to more content getting made for all of us, even jerks who steal some of it for themselves. Just because you don’t understand the economics of the entertainment industry doesn’t mean you have a right to steal any of it. It just got to me that some people in this country have so much while others have so little. And, speaking as a person who has so little, it pushed me over the edge to think that there are people out there (and there ARE people out there) who will pay money to watch The Simpsons. If you love the show so much, how come you never made a collection during the last 30 years or so that the show has been on? Why don’t you try going to a yard sale sometime where you’ll probably be able to to buy 10 Simpsons DVDs for a quarter? Why give money to people who are already rich? So, I’m not apologizing for my actions. But I am apologizing for upsetting so many of you. You may now continue to rip me a new one if you so desire.

The most important question: is it the Hulu version with commercials or without? I currently pay for the Hulu sans commercials plan. If I can get this bundle and get ESPN+ almost as a throw-in, that would be great, but I’ll be disappointed if Hulu has commercials.

    • xobyte-av says:

There’s zero chance that’s commercial-free Hulu.  That already runs $11.99.  There’s no way in hell they’re throwing in Disney+ and ESPN+ for only $1.

When Ion & IonPlus recently said to rescan converter box or not see their repeats, did rescan. Converter box will now not pickup/show CBS, sister station Start-TV, NBC, & FOX networks which is strange cause those were the clearest & easiest channels to receive. On the plus side, now get the Decades channel plus the other ones on the 2.0 to 2.4 spectrum. Also now receive Decades & MeTV so not a total loss. Will miss not watching Barney Miller daily though. Obviously don’t have cable nor ESPN. Wish I did.

I dont either. I pay for ESPN+ ($5.99) and for Hulu w/o commercials on an off every few months ($11.99). So just $12.99 for both with Disney+ just thrown in as a bonus? That’d be excellent. This all hangs on which version of Hulu it is though.

  • WingcommanderIV-av says:

  • franknstein-av says:

If only there was a way to pay just once to get hundreds of TV channels and then set up a recording device yo you can watch everything you want whenever you want it….Yeah, I’ll never let it go. Streaming services are increasingly becoming more expensive and inconvenient than cable.

    • anotherburnersorry-av says:

It’s both ironic and completely predictable: a few years ago there were a lot people talking about how they wish they could cancel cable just order channels a la carte (‘why should I have to pay for stuff I don’t watch?’) and streaming might make that happen. But even at the time it was clear that these economics wouldn’t work out: the channels you don’t watch subsidize the channels that you do. So at best, you’d end up subscribing to bundles from content providers (Disney, Viacom, Netflix etc) and the net result would be pretty close to your cable bill. We’re pretty much at that point now, to the extent that you’re already seeing cable companies bundling streaming services, offering Netflix as an add-on to a cable package, etc. A good way to think about this, though, is that streaming has made cable packages and offerings better.

      • citizen-snips-av says:

Yeah, but the major advantage of streaming is that it is on demand. As for recordings on a DVR, that still requires me to figure out what I want to record and record it. With streaming everything the channel offers is available any time I want it.

        • anotherburnersorry-av says:

Yeah, on demand is a big advantage for streaming, although most cable packages offer a lot of content on demand these days.

    • gimmemorecats-av says:

I guess it all depends what you’re looking for. I have Philo for $16 a month and it has all the cable channels I want/need. If there’s an HBO show I want to watch, I’ll subscribe for a time and then cancel. I can’t just easily cancel cable channels at a whim, not to mention cable prices are constantly going up once whatever deal you have is over, and you have to pay a bunch of bullshit “broadcasting fees” on top of it. For a lot of people its worth it to not have to deal with the cable company and to have the freedom to easily cancel at any time.

    • kencerveny-av says:

Unfortunately, as more and more content moves to streaming services, what will be left on cable will be variations of Ice Road Bachelors, Real Cop Housewives of Newark and Let’s Get This Junked Car Running Just Well Enough To Sell It.

Totally agree.  The only problem comes when you want to watch something that they don’t show, like if you want to rewatch Battlestar Galactica or Justified.

      • franknstein-av says:

Buying physcial media sets is still worth it IMO. At least you can be sure they won’t just be taken offline without explanation at a two weeks notice.

That’s certainly true, especially for stuff you know you’ll never get tired of watching.

        • detectivefork-av says:

Definitely true for series or movies you’ll rewatch. Now that “The Office” is leaving Netflix, I’m tempted to buy the series on DVD. As a bonus, you get all the deleted scenes.

Just finished an entire run of Justified (had only seen the first two seasons).Wow.  Such a good show.  And it really stuck the landing.

        • electricsheep198-av says:

Oh for sure. It had one of the best final seasons and best finales of any television show, and that was a huge comeback after Season 5, which…I like to pretend Season 5 didn’t happen.

    • hoofarteditorial-av says:

How much value is in not recording and not fast forwarding through commercials? I hate commercials!

    • whateverfuckr-av says:

people who talk major shit on cable never had it growing up. that’s obviously not their fault but they will never understand how much better it is to and how much new stuff you see just by surfing around the movie channels

  • jfsinil-av says:

IF we get this, it will be so when my adult son with autism is home every other weekend he can watch the new Star Wars/Marvel tv shows, whatever they are. We already buy the films on dvd/digital anyway, so he can have the physical discs at his group home.   He has all the released Simpson dvds already, too.

  • 4jimstock-av says:

How the F much for hulu and Disney WITHOUT F-ing ESPN? I hate sports and hate espn and Hate that espn in most of my current cable bill.

    • kjcj6458-av says:

Its basically the same price if you include the base models of both Disney+ and Hulu, so basically its free anyways

  • kencerveny-av says:

Wow! All that statement of Iger’s needed was the inclusion of the terms “synergy” and “blockchain” and it would be almost perfect corporate gobbledegook.

  • cigarette38-av says:

Can’t watch MNF on there, though, right? So it’s more like ESPN-.

  • freshpp54-av says:

Only 8 Star Wars movies? So that’s the four post-Lucas flicks, the prequels and … Caravan of Courage?

  • jpfw76-av says:

Any news on whether they’ll offer Disney+ with Hulu Live package? Seems like that is an obvious way to hook people to Hulu Live by adding those to the bundle. Hoping they offer to include with Hulu Live without raising the price (for now).

  • detectivefork-av says:

Oh, look, they’re recreating cable TV with streaming.

  • jrobie-av says:

So instead of paying for sports channels I don’t want because they’re part of a cable bundle, I can pay for sports channels I don’t want because they’re part of a streaming bundle. Thanks, Mickey.

    • kjcj6458-av says:

But, if you take the prices of the base models of both services, you basically arent paying for ESPN at all. It comes out to around 1 penny a month with the whole bundle

    • donboy2-av says:

If you don’t want the sports, you’re free to pay more to only get Disney+ and Hulu.

  • velvetal-av says:

They should revive the Hulu Plus name to keep the synergy going.

  • cosmiccow4ever-av says:

This is a Netflix killer. I’m paying $12 per month so I can bing watch Bojack Horseman two days a year. Netflix will need a content partner to hold onto the distribution channel it has built.

  • luisxromero-av says:

I wonder what this does for that Spotify + Hulu bundle that’s already out there. Will this be included or probably extra?

  • jfcrist-av says:

As long as my goddam ESPN + stays at 5.99 so I can continue to watch sub-par boxing cards, I’m fine with this.

  • rosezeesky-av says:

This sucks for people who have Hulu bundled with premium Spotifty.

  • terroribleone-av says:

I noticed not a single comment about commercials at that price…. you know, that thing everyone hates and was part of the reason why they cancelled cable.

  • soylent-gr33n-av says:

What the fuck is this shit, only 12 Marvel movies in the first year? Out of what, 23 and counting? I know some of them still have the Paramount logo attached to them, so I’m assuming they still have distribution over the first two Iron Man films, Thor, and The First Avenger (and Universal has the Ed Norton Hulk, but who gives a shit about that?), but Avengers and all of phase 2 and 3 should be there, with the possible exception of the few phase 3 films still on Netflix, depending on when that deal actually expires.I’m guessing Homecoming and Far From Home involves some deal with Sony, so no telling how those streaming rights are being handled. Homecoming was on Netflix for a while but now it’s gone.I’m also wondering where they get 70 Disney animation flicks from. I know Tangled was their 50th because they made a big deal out of it. They can’t have made 20 animated features since 2010 — unless they’re counting post-buyout Pixar films as part of that 70.ETA: What happens to FX Now, btw? Is that being rolled in to Hulu?

    • easysweazybeautiful-av says:

I’m guessing they’re including a smattering of the awful direct to DVD Disney sequels from the 2000’s. Also, The Nightmare Before Christmas and a few of their other popular animated titles aren’t considered a part of the official Disney canon, so they don’t count as a part of the 50 up to Tangled.

      • soylent-gr33n-av says:

I completely forgot about the existence of shit like Mulan 2 and Cinderella: Lady Tremaine’s Revenge.

    • facebones-av says:

The Paramount produced ones were on Amazon and Epix, and Netflix had rights to a number of the Disney Marvels. Once all the deals expire or get bought out they’ll all be on Disney+

      • soylent-gr33n-av says:

Currently, Iron Man 2 is on Amazon Prime in the U.S., but none of the other Phase 1 movies are. The first MCU movie that was part of the Disney/Netflix deal was Civil War, which had been available for a long time, but Netflix has been removing them and now is down to just Ragnarok through Ant Man and the Wasp.

  • thatguy0verthere-av says:

This is not comparable to Netflix because it is Hulu with commercials

  • wrecksracer-av says:

I think I’ll steal the content instead

  • murrychang-av says:

This is actually super reasonable.  I wasn’t on the Disney+ train but if I can basically add it to my Hulu sub for a few bucks more a month I believe I will do that.
