Iggy Pop and Josh Homme announce “one-time-only” tour

After revealing their surprising musical partnership last week for the upcoming album Post Pop Depression, Iggy Pop and Josh Homme have announced that they are officially hitting the road for “a very limited run of one-time-only live performances.” Kicking off just six days after the release of their new record on March 18, the duo—who recently performed together on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert— will begin their string of live dates at the Paramount Theatre in Seattle, Washington and wind their way across most of the major North American markets before taking off for Europe in May. Just like they were in the studio, the live band will be rounded out Queens of the Stone Age guitarist Dean Fertita and Arctic Monkeys drummer Matt Helders.

Pre-sales for all dates begin tomorrow, Thursday, January 28, at 10 AM local time on the Post Pop Depression website with the code “GARDENIA,” and go on sale to the general public Saturday, January 30 at 10 AM local time. A full list of tour dates is below.
