Johann Wolfgang von Goethe once wrote, “Art is long, life short; judgment difficult, opportunity transient.” For some of the shows we lost in 2013, neither art nor life was long, as the casts of We Are Men and Lucky 7 know too well. But death comes for all shows, eventually, whether it’s a beloved NBC show like 30 Rock, or an NBC show like 1600 Penn. Let us memorialize the fall.
