Insane Clown Posse seeks new location where Juggalos can gather

Insane Clown Posse, the clown-themed rap-metal novelty act that's set itself apart from all other clown-themed rap-metal novelty acts by launching its own music festival, has announced it's moving the annual Gathering of the Juggalos to a new location, after six years at Cave-In Rock in Hardin County, Illinois. The band has not yet determined where that new location will be—which is surprising, given the organizational skills that posses of insane clowns are known for.

ICP also declined to give a reason for leaving the original site, though it's possible it simply couldn't settle on just one reason, as the list of its troubles includes owing vendors upwards of $300,000, several deaths at Gatherings over the years, a particularly ugly incident in which fans pelted Tila Tequila with feces, a sexual-harassment lawsuit against the band, an ill-advised attempt to sue the FBI, and innumerable Juggalos arrested for drug use or disorderly conduct at every festival. Perhaps Insane Clown Posse can save everyone some hassle and simply hold the next Gathering in jail.
