Jake Johnson shows us around the office of his new Netflix animated show, Hoops

Back in October, Netflix announced that Jake Johnson would be re-teaming with Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse producers Phil Lord and Chris Miller for a new animated series, Hoops. In the show, Johnson (who will also serve as an executive producer) voices Coach Ben Hopkins, “a hot-headed, foul-mouthed high school basketball coach who thinks turning around his God-awful team will take him to the ‘big leagues.’” The first, 10-episode season isn’t slated to drop until next year, but Johnson was nice enough to give a tour of the Hoops’ future home and talk to us a bit about the pre-production process.
