God’s Not Dead actor and one-time Hercules Kevin Sorbo is set to join the cast of Supergirl. This comes from Indiewire, which reports that Sorbo will have a recurring role as a “mysterious new villain.”
When not making movies about how we’re all going to hell, Sorbo’s kept busy with the fantasy film series Mythica and the occasional Fox & Friends appearance. He might also still have that show Miracle Man in development with Sam Raimi, which would see him play a guy who performs miracles. It’s oddly earnest material for Raimi to take on, but maybe he and Sorbo would have more fun with it than the God’s Not Dead team.
