According to The Hollywood Reporter, Kristen Wiig is set to star in You Think It, I’ll Say It, the first scripted comedy series from Apple. The show is inspired by an upcoming short story collection by Curtis Sittenfeld, and Apple has already given it a 10-episode order even though it doesn’t have a production studio attached yet. Unfortunately, THR didn’t give any kind of plot synopsis for You Think It, I’ll Say It, and the Amazon page for the book is similarly unhelpful, so we don’t really have any idea what the show will actually be about.
Perhaps most interestingly, though, the show will be produced by Reese Witherspoon, making it her third show on whatever Apple’s streaming platform is going to be—following her untitled morning show drama with Jennifer Aniston and a drama about true crime podcasts with Octavia Spencer.
