Netflix kicks off 2024 with some high-profile originals, fan favorites, and cinema classics. J.A. Bayona’s Society Of The Snow is based on the true story of the Uruguayan 1972 Andes flight disaster and its 16 survivors. In his directorial debut, Schitt’s Creek actor Dan Levy also wrote and stars in the comedy-drama Good Grief. The German action-drama Sixty Minutes stars Emilio Sakraya as an MMA fighter who has one hour to get to his daughter’s birthday party or risk losing custody of her forever. Other films added to Netflix’s streaming library in January 2024 include Bitconned, Aquaman, Dawn Of The Dead, Gravity, One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest, The Florida Project, and more.

Alive’s a great movie but the inconsistent accents were weird. Ethan Hawke didn’t even bother.
Do you wish Alive was a tv show about a high school girls soccer team from New Jersey in the ‘90s? So do I, that would be a good idea for a show.
TIL it was a rugby team.I saw Alive, and other shows, and I always thought it was a soccer team.The whole thing actually makes more sense now.
The little girl in The Florida Project was a scene stealer, glad to see she still has a career.
