If anyone was expecting a battle of “Really? That one?” at the domestic box office this weekend, there’s a clear winner: Biopic Bob Marley: One Love took the top spot at U.S. theaters, earning $27 million in its debut and handily beating Madame Web (which made $15 million in its debut). But hey, hopefully somebody had some fun organizing a Barbenheimer-esque double-feature and saw both. Bob Marlame Web? His One Love connects them all? Also, even with how toxic the vibes have been for Madame Web, we would’ve lost money if you had asked us to bet one whether or not it would lose to One Love this week. The trailers for the biopic weren’t any better than the ones for Madame Web, were they?

Anyway, Argylle is still hanging around, adding $4.7 million to its three-week total of $36 million, followed by Migration with $3.7 million (and a solid $114 million after nine weeks), and then three new episodes of Jesus show The Chosen. This is the second time this month that Fathom Events has released three episodes of The Chosen in theaters, with the first batch of three opening to $6 million on the same weekend that Argylle first came out. People talk about TV shows acting like they’re long movies, maybe movies should just be groups of TV shows?

Unfortunately, the bottom half of the top 10 is pretty boring, consisting almost entirely of movies that have been around for a while, save for one newcomer (something called Land Of Bad) and last week’s newcomer Lisa Frankenstein.

Here’s the top 10 again from Box Office Mojo.

  • Bob Marley: One Love
  • Madame Web
  • Argylle
  • Migration
  • The Chosen: Season 4, episodes 4-6
  • Wonka
  • The Beekeeper
  • Anyone But You
  • Lisa Frankenstein
  • Land Of Bad
