The Righteous Gemstones season 2 is over—so who was the least pathetic?
It’s time to reveal our final ranking of the Gemstones, from most to least pathetic

We’ve come to the end of The Righteous Gemstones’ season-long journey. Over the last two months, we’ve seen a family scraping the bottom of the barrel and vying to become the least pathetic member. This week, we got to see how it all shook out. Jesse (Danny McBride) got to use his sling, Aunt Tiffany (Valyn Hall) got her Funyuns, and Kelvin (Adam Devine) has a whole new squad to groom.
Somehow, the Gemstones managed to get through another deadly and violent season unscathed, and in some cases, even more capable than when they started. Sure, these people are all inhuman monsters, profiting off the violence and misery they so easily spread around the world. Yet, they are blessed, for their prosperity was ordained.
That still leaves one question, though: Who is the least pathetic Gemstone this week? Spoiler alert: It’s not baby Lionel.

Having used literally hundreds of porta crappers on job sites and at music festivals, that baby got off relatively easy. Those things become a nightmare incredibly fast after a couple dozen people eat off the food truck and visit em. Like piles level with the rim bad.
Its one thing to be born in a private toilet (which is flushed after every use) like Tiffany apparently was, but its a whole new level of atrocity to be pushed out into a heavily used port-o-potty.My Lord. I am still shaking from that scene.
Wait, no Gideon? I thought for sure he’d top the list, with his motorcycle stuntman skills taking out the ninjas, AND earning the respect of his parents for wanting to go his own way and not be a part of the church.Seriously, how’d you whiff that one?
AND he still gets to be parent and child with Jesse and Amber!
Adam Devine is one of those actors that I could never understand how he got cast in anything.
