Robert Smith Jumping Someone Else's Train

Aux Features Newswire

Robert Smith—you know, Pete from Fall Out Boy's friend, and that guy who did backing vocals for Blink-182?—is finally getting some more work. EW.com (via Pitchfork) reports that Smith is apparently collaborating with Ashlee Simpson on her next album, along with Timbaland, John Legend, and Tim Rice-Oxley of Keane.

Could this mean that Smith's own career is about to take off? Only time will tell, but first he should totally stop ripping off that guy from My Chemical Romance.
