Broad City (Comedy Central, 10:30 p.m.): After a long wait, Abbi and Ilana are back to step on your minds and rescue you from another night aimlessly scanning the worldwide bloodstream. The fourth season premiere is called “Sliding Doors,” and if the trailer is any indication, it plans to take seriously the whole “what if the two friends had never met?” premise.
