SNL/Superbad's Bill Hader: Neil Gaiman books bring luck

Aux Features Newswire

In an interview with The New York Times, Saturday Night Live cast member Bill Hader (also one of Superbad's loveable jackass cops), claims that Neil Gaiman's The Sandman series brought him luck while he tried for a role on SNL (and that he kept a copy of Gaiman's Neverwhere in his back pocket during the actual audition). Also, this helped him get along with Seth Rogen, a fellow Gaiman lover. Clearly, the point is that more dorks=more funny.
