But even Greenwood devotees might have missed him behind the mountains of hair he wears in Kelly Reichardt’s Meek’s Cutoff. As the titular bumbling guide, Greenwood further masks his familiar voice with constant mumbling and a folksy accent to portray a shyster who cons a group of settlers as they make their way to the Oregon territory.
