Perhaps learning from the Emmys, Golden Globes, and Grammys, the 27th Screen Actors Guild Awards went live-to-tape and pre-recorded their annual awards ceremony—which they smartly condensed down to just an hour. But just because it wasn’t truly live doesn’t mean the night was without its endearing surprises and touching acceptance speeches. Here are the most memorable moments from the 2021 SAG Awards.

Mindy Kaling looks stunning in that colour blue. Daveed Diggs has put on weight. Jimmy Fallon appears to be a convict in an old timey prison drama. Isla Fisher is suave! Olivia Coleman has a newfound monarchic authority. Leto needs a haircut.
If those are supposed to be “early” headshots, then Diggs cheated.

The other headshots are at least fifteen years old (in Moreno’s case, decades older). Diggs’ photo is very recent.

Yeah, but the point was to show old headshots. It would have been fun to see Diggs’ from the year 2000 or so.

huh. year 2ooo I spent with my Mama waiting for the wy2k to hit (it didn’t), but the expectation was a moment we had together. go on, do it. post something real interesting instead-a me. let’s switch things up. or maybe not, kinda, but noto the actual stuff that we find interesting or useful, ever.
