Cloak & Dagger, the latest television offering to be set in the Marvel’s Cinematic Universe (although the relationship between Marvel’s films and television shows is tenuous at best), premieres this Thursday, and early reviews are promising. The series follows Tyrone “Cloak” Johnson (The Night Of’s Aubrey Joseph) and Tandy “Dagger” Bowen (Olivia Holt), teenagers who experienced a shared childhood tragedy, and whose newly acquired superpowers complicate their personal relationships. We spoke with the young stars about the show, their knowledge of the comic, and what fans can expect.
