Halloween Kills (Peacock, Friday, 3:01 a.m.): “Director David Gordon Green places us back where his 2018 Halloween left off with brisk, efficient scene-setting cuts. Soon, however, he succumbs to the temptation to try to make these functional edits funny as well. Day Of The Dead (SYFY, Friday, 10 p.m., series premiere): This horror series is based on George A. Romero’s 1985 film of the same name. The zombie apocalyptic drama follows a group of strangers trying to survive the first 24 hours of an undead invasion in their small, conflict-filled town.

Once again, Nancy Drew is on tonight. The premiere was a solid episode with lots of interesting things to look forward to, and I expect that tonight’s episode will build on that. So tune in, and see what the AV Club has been ignoring!
Yes, last week was a solid episode and the witch seems like a promising big bad. I could stand to see the Nancy Drew scooby gang trimmed down by one or two members; it would shake up the show and give it some upped stakes if a member or 2 died and stayed dead.
If bathing in Nancy’s blood restored her youth, would Temperance bathing in Kegstand’s blood give her nine lives?
