UPDATED: Toby Keith and 3 Doors Down will actually perform at the inauguration

Aux Features Music

Celebrities seem to be avoiding Donald Trump’s inauguration like Superman avoids kryptonite. Not, however, the members of 3 Doors Down, the men behind the song “Kryptonite.” The Inaugural Committee announced the lineup today for Trump’s “Make America Great Again! Welcome Celebration” to be held on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. In addition to the aforementioned band ready to take us kicking and screaming back to the early 2000s, the participants include Jennifer Holliday, Toby Keith, and noted Trump-fan Jon Voight. Keith’s politics are a bit more nuanced than one might expect, but his music at least seems right at home in this context.

It was previously revealed that opera singer Jackie Evancho, The Mormon Tabernacle Choir, and The Rockettes will also have inauguration roles. Members The Rockettes have voiced their objections to the gig, while one member of the choir quit. Also plenty of famous people who want nothing to do with Trump will also be around D.C. for events like the Women’s March On Washington.

Update: It seems like the Trump camp jumped the gun when including Holliday on its bill. The Broadway star’s publicist told The Wrap that she “has been asked to perform but she hasn’t officially agreed to do so yet.”
