Here are all the new video games coming out in 2022

The first half of 2022 saw the release of some incredible games, such as kitty caper Stray and the highly-anticipated collaboration between George R.R. Martin and Dark Souls studio From Software, Elden Ring.

The hype is certainly not letting up for the second half of the year. Deep Silver Volition’s Saints Row reboot drops at the end of August, while September promises immersive, story-based play in The Lord Of The Rings: Gollum, plus the high-profile remake of The Last Of Us Part I. Looking ahead to the winter, new Pokémon installments Scarlet and Violet drop mid-November, and sci-fi horror game The Callisto Protocol comes early December.

That’s to say nothing of all the games that have been announced for 2022 but have yet to set formal release dates; that includes the Final Fantasy 7 Crisis Core remaster, new Harry Potter role-playing game, Hogwarts Legacy, Kirby’s Dream Buffet, and many more.
