We're giving away Fandango codes so you can see The Last Jedi (or something else) for free

There’s no rule that says that you have to go see Star Wars: Episode VIII—The Last Jedi with the Fandango gift cards we’re giving away on The A.V. Club this weekend. You could go see Coco, which is still going strong in its fourth week—or at least it was, until The Last Jedi came out—or marvel at James Franco’s Tommy Wiseau impression in The Disaster Artist, or catch up on Greta Gerwig’s rightfully celebrated feature directorial debut Lady Bird. Hell, you could even go see Morgan Freeman making dick jokes in Just Getting Started if you wanted to. But, if we’re going to be honest with each other, we know you’re going to go see The Last Jedi—for a second time, probably, given that we’re not picking winners until early next week. And that’s okay, because that movie’s pretty terrific, too.

All that’s to say that we’re giving away 10 Fandango digital codes, each of them good for $25 worth of movies. You can redeem the code on the Fandango website or mobile app, and to enter to win yours, just email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Porg Soup.” We’ll randomly select 10 winners on Monday, December 18, and email digital codes to winners later that day.
