With the impending arrival of Star Trek Beyond (currently moving at warp speed toward a theater near you), The A.V. Club approached die-hard fans of the various iterations of the series with one simple question: Who’s the best captain of all? Is it Kirk? Picard? Janeway? Sisko? Or even… Archer? (Sacrilege, we say.)
