Wilco, Sleater-Kinney, and Chance The Rapper headline the 2015 Pitchfork Music Festival

Aux Features Music

Summer still seems a long way away in Chicago, but the promise of warner days ahead has arrived as Pitchfork announces the lineup for the 10th Annual Pitchfork Music Festival, set for July 17-19 in Chicago’s Union Park. Fittingly for a music festival entering its second decade, Wilco and Sleater-Kinney will headline on Friday and Saturday, after which their fans will return to their condos, pop open a bourbon-barrel-aged craft beer, and wonder when the hell Wilco and Sleater-Kinney became nostalgia acts. Sunday night, in keeping with the festival’s tradition of featuring both hip-hop and rock acts, Chance The Rapper will headline after a performance by Run The Jewels.

Tickets are now on sale for the 2015 Pitchfork Music Festival; three-day passes, which usually sell out quickly, are $150, with individual single-day passes priced at $65 apiece. A full list of artists is below.
