While this probably won’t mean much to Adele devotees who dutifully purchased 25 when it was released back in November, the insanely successful album is now available to stream on the likes of Spotify and Apple Music. So now those fair-weather Adele fans can cue up her most recent offering when they are feeling melancholy. (Maybe her voice can soothe some Brexit woes.)
Adele discussed her uneasiness with streaming in a December Time story, saying “I can’t pledge allegiance to something that I don’t know how I feel about yet.” Clearly, she’s made at least some amount of peace with the concept—or maybe her album has just sold so many copies that she doesn’t care anymore.
