I’ll definitely keep an eye out for Hugo; it would be good to revisit it in 4k.Also, calling something the best Jaws sequel is like calling something the best episode of Ren & Stimpy “Adult Party Cartoon”; even if it’s better than the other choices for that title, that still doesn’t make it good.

Exactly, Jaws is a perfect film that came out at the cusp of the horror franchise boom and they just rolled it in with the slasher flicks. The problem is outside of maybe Halloween, none of them were all that great to start. So schlocky sequels were fine and some even were better then their original. There really is no way to make a better Jaws film. Frankly I’m surprised some idiot at Univeral hasn’t tried to make a legacy sequel yet,  I suspect Spielberg may have secured the rights back since Jaws 4 and shutdown any talks of sequels or reboots.

Sisu is basically a pissed off Finnish dude playing a campaign from a the old WW2 Medal of Honor game in god mode for 90 minutes , he’s this mute unkillable force that just kills wave after wave of retreating Nazi’s who stole his gold claim , and it is Glorious. Its almost like ‘what if Michael Myers from Halloween fought Nazis that stole his gold , rather than just killed horny teens. Also he manages the most ingenious/horrible method for scuba diving ever.

Watching Sisu is like Harold and Kumar finally getting to White Castle. It’s just everything I hoped for and more.
