Doctor Strange puts on the cape, learns the wi-fi password in a new trailer

After Marvel talked about Black Panther and showed off a funny Thor: Ragnarok clip that we probably won’t get to see, Comic-Con’s Hall H filled with smoke and an elaborate holographic light show was projected onto everything. It may have seemed like a Doctor Strange setup to the people in the crowd, but that’s actually just the way Benedict Cumberbatch enters a room these days. Once he had used his magic powers to teleport onto the stage, Cumberbatch brought out his Doctor Strange co-stars Tilda Swinton, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Mads Mikkelsen, Rachel McAdams, and Benedict Wong. They talked about their characters, with Cumberbatch highlighting Strange’s “arc” and Wong noting that his character (who is also named Wong) is “not a manservant tea-maker” like he is in the comics.

After that, they debuted a brand new trailer that not only doubles down on the trippy magic stuff teased in the first teaser, it actually gets into the supporting cast a little bit more. We see the friendly rivalry between Strange and Mordo (or at least it’s friendly for now), we see Mikkelsen’s villain doing scary stuff, and we get a few more glimpses of Tilda Swinton’s Ancient One being a magical badass. Plus, we finally get to find out what the Ancient One’s wi-fi password is.

Doctor Strange will be in theaters on November 4.
