This needed to be a video.
What was the question? We can’t all watch (or want to watch) videos.
The category was one where all responses contained the letter “A.”The question read “In 2021, fugitive Brian Laundrie ended his days in
Fla’s Myakkahatchee Creek area, home to these long & toothy
critters.”
Thanks for posting this, I was annoyed to see that there was no article under the video. That said, holy shit that is a basic question. They really don’t want to challenge the celebrities, huh?
“That said, holy shit that is a basic question.”
THAT is your takeaway???
Seriously? People are too sensitive these days. There are bigger scandals out there People! Try being a person of color…..
Try being the parents of a girl who was murdered who see the worst moment of their life used as a glib clue on a gameshow. You can recognize this is screwed up while also acknowledging other, more serious issues in the world. Grow up.
They could always not watch the game show, I guess.
You glib idiots love to take the first thought you have and run with it.
Screw Brian Landrie. It seems more like they’re being distasteful to him and he’s a murderer and it reminds us the POS killed himself. With that said, I agree for something as generic as “alligators” they could have gone with a different question and avoided any controversy.
It’s not her family demanding an apology. For all we know, they enjoyed everyone being reminded how her killer died.
I’ll try being a person of colour. As long as I can stop the instant it gets too hard or uncomfortable.

“Try being a person of color…”
Try some compassion.
Or just try dragging a rusty blade across your throat.
I’m a person of color, this is still weird and shitty.
While it does seem like they went out of their way to mention his name in the question, I can’t say I’m too worried about anyone besmirching Brian Laundrie’s name.
Literally nobody is worried about besmirching his name, you stupid fuck.
I think the answer was more distasteful than the question.
I swear this kinda crap never happened on Trebek’s watch!
Without watching, I’m actually more interested in where the backlash is occurring and how it was quantified.
Why a video vs text??? Same BS ads either way…
