Spurring obligatory references to this being a Freaks And Geeks reunion, Lizzy Caplan is now in talks to play the female lead in Seth Rogen and James Franco’s new, previously reported movie, The Interview. Caplan would play the one with breasts in the movie that’s been pitched as a buddy action pic about a handsome (read: Franco) talk show host and his not-handsome (read: Rogen) producer. The duo somehow gets mixed up with Caplan’s “hot, cleavage-showing” CIA Agent Lacy in a plot to assassinate the prime minister of North Korea, and hijinks ensue from there. Rogen and writing partner Evan Goldberg are penning the script, which has been purchased by Columbia. Rogen will also direct.
