From gigwise.com: The drawn-out murder trial of legendary music producer Phil Spector has picked up steam. One of Spector's former assistants is ready to testify that he pulled a gun on her while in his employ — which might help establish a "lack of accident or mistake" in Spector's alleged 2003 shooting of actress Lana Clarkson.
