In a new twist to the latest Paris Hilton rollercoaster, a spokesperson for California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger (that still doesn't look right, does it?) told AP it's too soon to review a petition being circulated by Hilton's fans–a petition begging Schwarzenegger to offer a gubernatorial pardon to Hilton before she serves jail time for parole violation and drunk driving. The petition, which apparently boasted a staggering 900 signatures as of this morning, claims that Hilton should be absolved of her crimes because she provides "beauty and excitement to (most of) our otherwise mundane lives." Um… yeah.
