Random Roles, once the greatest feature on the AVClub and featuring the wonderful Will Harris interviewing accomplished ‘that guy’ actors like Colme Feore, is now a video clipbait interrogating the career of… Lisa Rinna? I’m sure ‘modern’ AVClub would lambast this comment as somehow misogynist, in their rush to substitute wokeness for journalistic skill/wit/integrity/intelligence. So let me just suggest who would be a great guest if Harris were in charge and the AVClub was still the AVClub. How about Dale Dickey? Kathy Kinney? Edie McClurg? Alanna Ubach?
