Fall TV arrives in a big way in September, with broadcast networks restarting their primetime schedules, cable networks restocking their lineups, and streamers dialing things up even further. That includes the premiere of Amazon Prime’s long-awaited Lord Of The Rings: The Rings Of Power, the most expensive show of all time, carrying a $1 billion budget and a five-season commitment. And that’s not the only highly anticipated fantasy/sci-fi drama coming our way: Disney+’s Andor will finally premiere after its debut was pushed from August to September. The month also sees the arrival of a couple of unique animated dramas, Hulu branching out with some fun originals, and the return of several favorites. So without further ado, here’s The A.V. Club’s rundown of the big launches and returning shows to keep an eye out for in September.

Looks like I’m gonna have a lot of free time back this fall!Wedding Season was not on my radar though. Rosa Salazar is great (I loved Undone a lot primarily because she was so good), so I will put this on the list.

I didn’t realize the new Quantum Leap reboot was coming out and I’m already mad the trailer doesn’t have the iconic cheesy theme song. The original was a great show but it was also real hardcore boomer nostalgia porn so I’m wondering if this show will just have the new character jumping back into the 80s over and over for all the Gen X and early Millenials

I saw an ad for this that had footage from the OJ Simpson white Bronco chase, and just said aloud “Fuck, I dunno man”

Ghosts and Abbott Elementary are my favorite network sitcoms in years

I’ve never quite seen anything as overrated as Abbott Elementary. It’s…fine, but not on the same playing field of The Office or even Seasons 1-2 of Parks and Rec. It’s derivative to a fault, and yet…

I have so many….opinions! And yet, the AV Club is completely indifferent to my pleas for passage out of the Grey ghetto. What the hell, guys? Are you actively trying to lose readers?

Reboot has a lot of talent working on it.

Most of the trolling on the Internet is agenda driven. The agenda is to punish the creators of a series for going woke. Anti-Woke has ruined the Internet. We can’t have anything be liked anymore. Everything must be process thru the, is it woke? machine. Oh it is?, then I will not like it. I will hate it and try to get the mob on my side. We will celebrate the series getting low ratings and not making money for the studio. That will teach them a lesson to never go woke. Trolling is my weapon. My inspiration is far right grifters, who tell me what to think.
