Zoe Saldana, Sienna Miller, and Elle Fanning have been cast in Live By Night, Ben Affleck’s new Boston movie that he’ll shoot in Boston. The three women will play the female leads in the film, a Prohibition Era adaptation of the 2012 Dennis Lehane novel. Miller will star as Emma, the dame Affleck’s organized criminal character Joe Coughlin falls for—who also happens to be the daughter of a big mob boss. Saldana will play Graciella Suarez, a woman he meets later when he gets involved in organized crime in Tampa. And Fanning will play Loretta Figgis, a sheriff’s daughter and aspiring actress who gets herself into some (hopefully not-too-stereotypical) hot water.
Affleck is also producing and directing Live By Night, which will reunite him with Lehane, who penned Affleck’s directorial debut, Gone Baby Gone.
