When you finished reading The A.V. Club’s holiday gift guide, we know what you were saying: “That was great, but now I’d really like to see some small children unwrap a subset of these items.” And that was kind of a creepy thing to say, but nonetheless, we have anticipated your desire. As we did in 2014, we brought some kids over to A.V. Club HQ to see how they’d feel if they found some of our gift-giving picks under their tree when they celebrate Christmas or a non-Christmas equivalent. Thanks to Eli & Luca, Nina & Theo, and young Charlie for their help. Don’t worry, we gave them all Toys ’R’ Us gift cards after the shoot to make sure they ended up with something they really want.
